In 1983 became a student of the philological faculty of the Drohobych Ivan Franko State Pedagogical Institute. From 1985 to 1987 served in the Mountain Rifle Regiment of the Armed Forces. After demobilization, he resumed his studies at the institute, received a nominal scholarship and was elected as a student dean. | |||
