Відмінності між версіями «Міжнародних комунікацій та політичного аналізу»

* The Department of International Communications and Political Analysis of the Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University has the appropriate conditions for training specialists in licensed educational and professional programs, has the required number of classrooms; the academic process is arranged in two shifts.  

* Training is conducted in 18 classrooms located in the building № 7 (G), for quality training the auditorium fund of other buildings is involved, namely, 1 lecture multimedia classroom, equipped with stationary multimedia facility. The faculty also has 4 portable multimedia complexes and 2 specialized computer classes (G -202, G -212).

* 3 lecture multimedia classrooms and 2 computer laboratories of building № 2 (C) are used for training. Their total training area is 656.6 m2. 

* These specialized laboratories are equipped with the following application packages: Microsoft Windows 7 Pro, Microsoft Security Essentials, Microsoft Office 2003 Pro, 1С: Enterprise 8.2, LibreOffice 4.0, PowderCell for Windows v2.4, MPS, MyTest, Adobe Reader, Google Chrome, CCleaner 3.19, OpenOffice.org 3.3 WinDjView .

* Microsoft Office 365 is also used to train Bachelors and Masters; it is the Microsoft proprietary cloud-based Internet service and software, which is distributed under the «Software + Services» scheme. Office 365 Education is a set of services that allows co-working at materials and sharing documents.  

*   This service is free of charge for teachers currently working in educational institutions, as well as for pupils and students studying in these institutions. The service provides access to Office Online (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OneNote), an unlimited amount of cloud storage for each user, Yammer, and SharePoint sites. Office 365 includes several productivity programs designed to meet the needs of collaboration at the organizational, departmental, and team levels. Currently, the list of collaboration tools includes OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Yammer, Skype for Business, Outlook Online, Delve and others. It is available on all PCs and personal mobile devices. When training specialists, in particular, in «Mathematical Modeling and Forecasting in International Relations» FreeMat software is used, i.e., software environment for mathematical calculations, which is distributed under a free license and provides free functions of statistical data processing, systems modeling, analysis of mathematical models in international relations.  

* Scilab and LaTeX software is used to study «Mathematical Fundamentals of Information Technologies and Modeling». 

*  During the credit-examination session the final control of students' knowledge of normative disciplines is carried out in the auditoria G-202 and C-4 in the form of computer testing.  

* Students have the opportunity to engage in research and exploration activities in the library of the Lesya Ukrainka VNU, where computers are installed to work with the electronic catalog of the library and in the reading room with access to the subscribed electronic research resources.  

* Free access to the Internet owing to the Wi-Fi technology in the lobby and corridors of all academic buildings of the University is an additional tool for training and communication of students and teachers.
