«Порівняльна морфологія квітки та плоду Amaryllidaceae J.St.-Hil. у зв’язку з питаннями систематики»

Зміст результатів, отриманих при виконанні даної теми (коротка анотація).

Виконана робота за цей період: підготовлено огляд літератури щодо проблеми порівняльної морфології квітки у родині Amaryllidaceae J.St.-Hil. Охарактеризовані основні аспекти формування молекулярних систем родини Amaryllidaceae. Проаналізовано будову гінецею, та досліджено наявність зон зав’язі, наявність та будова септальних нектарників і описано васкулярну систему квітки. Для дослідження були зібрані розкриті квітки та бутони модельних рослин і зафіксовані у 70 % етанолі. Вивчена зовнішня морфологічна будова квітки МБС–10 (CPCP). Зібрано 31 вид представників родини Amaryllidaceae. Для дослідження мікроморфології й анатомії квітки для кожного виду виготовлено постійні мікроскопічні препарати 5 квіток поперечних зрізів і 5 квіток поздовжніх зрізів. Це становить близько 1750 предметних шкелець, тобто близько 70000 серійних зрізів, за якими відновлювали просторову будову квітки та її провідну систему. Для виготовлення постійних мікроскопічних препаратів зрізів квітки використані класичні методики просочення матеріалу парафіном. Фіксатор з відпрепарованих квіток відмивали 70% спиртом із застосуванням вакуум-інфільтрації в ексикаторі за допомогою насоса Комовського. Зрізи завтовшки 15-20 мкм виготовлені за допомогою ротаційного мікротома МПС – 2 (СРСР).

Впровадження результатів.

Результати дослідження слугуватимуть уточненню положення родів та підродин у родині Amaryllidaceae у системі покритонасінних. Їх можна використовувати для порівняльного аналізу квітки в інших родинах однодольних, у ревізії системи порядку Asparagales s.l. Результати дисертаційної роботи впроваджені у навчальний процес на кафедрі ботаніки і методики викладання Волинського національного університету імені Лесі Українки.
