Classroom Description

The classroom is designed for students to gain knowledge and skills in restoring self-service, working with fine motor skills, developing sensory and cognitive abilities and is used to study shapes, colors, textures and reduce stress in the rehabilitation of patients with various nosologies and different ages. These skills in further professional activities will allow expanding the opportunities of clients/patients for recovery in society and overcoming barriers that prevent them from engaging in recreational activities. Students learn to form cognitive skills, which allows them to determine the type and purpose of information, highlight its main content, build ways to solve problems, be able to form their own judgments and show creativity. The classes use upper limb simulators, manipulation boards, sensory equipment, and game techniques that can be used in the rehabilitation of patients with musculoskeletal disorders and neurological dysfunctions, adapting them to life in the community.
