Classroom Description

The educational classroom of occupational activity and hand therapy is designed to provide students with skills and abilities aimed at restoring and developing the function of the upper limb in patients with various disorders. This includes the ability to apply the basics of occupational therapy theory and the professional thinking of a future specialist in practical activities. During the training process, students master occupational therapy techniques, exercises for the development of fine motor skills, coordination, strength and accuracy of hand movements, and the restoration of basic self-service skills. A feature is the individualization of therapy in accordance with the needs, goals and lifestyle of the patient, which is an important practical skill for a future occupational therapist and physical therapist.
